Corn Roast

An annual Corn Roast is held at the Echo Dale Farm on the last Sunday of August. This event, which has become very popular with the public, is the Society's primary fund raiser. Approximately 200 dozen cobs of corn are either boiled over an open fire pit or roasted on large barbecues and served to hundreds of eager people.
